About Me
Lyle Alper is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Vanderbilt Realty. He was raised in Long Island, New York in the Five Towns community of Woodmere.
He is an alumnus of Hofstra University, where he graduated from the Frank G. Zarb School of Business. It was through his diligent hard work at Hofstra, where he realized his passion for commercial real estate investments. Lyle’s strong interest then turned into valuable experience in investment sales. Lyle has worked in brokerage of several asset classes including multifamily, retail, office, and single-tenant net lease properties.
Lyle is focused on quality client relationships, and has a deep understanding of the Long Island marketplace. Lyle brings to Vanderbilt an effective work ethic and market knowledge.
